Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, we only ship within the U.S. If you want Ruperto in your country, let us know here.

How much does shipping cost?

As part of our launch, all orders ship free. No minimums :)


Where does the 10% donation go?

Your choice! You get to pick what animal charity you want to receive your 10% portion of your purchase. We have partnered with animal shelters, wildlife conservations, and preservation funds. Learn more about our partners here.

How do I choose where my 10% goes to?

Before checkout, in your cart, there will be a dropdown with our different charity partners listed. Simply update your choice there!

Are you only ever going to sell hats?

No! We are introducing sweatshirts, tees and other accessories in the coming months. More info on our Instagram!


Do you sell in stores?

At the moment, we only sell online. We will be in boutiques and pop-up shops in South Florida starting 2021.
